Born and raised in Shanghai, China, I have been in the real estate industry since 2003. I have studied in Germany and Japan, and I currently live in New York. I have a strong background in international relocation, investing, and property management. Managing serviced apartments (short-term and long-term rentals with furniture and bedding) in the most luxurious buildings of Shanghai, I have strong connections with Fortune 500 expats and HR. I have successfully leased and managed more than 150 luxurious condos each year in Shanghai's most desirable CBD area. I joined the real estate industry in New York in 2012 and have helped thousands of international students, expats, and immigrant families find their ideal home by providing sincere suggestions on housing matters. I am familiar with Manhattan, Long Island City, and downtown Brooklyn. On average, I handle 80 -100 rental deals and 10 luxury sales each year. I know the market better than anyone due to the numerous rental deals I have completed annually, and I have helped many international and local investors manage their properties with no fee service. Currently, I am assisting investors in New York City by managing 35 luxury condos in Manhattan, Long Island City, and downtown Brooklyn. The number of properties I manage is continuously growing.
