Obi Iloka's real estate career started with his strong admiration for Architecture in NYC. With his father being an Electrician, he would hear all sorts of stories of homes he had worked in and there his fascination grew. He was born and raised in the Crown Heights/Prospect Heights and Flatbush area. His passion for skateboarding carries him all across NYC following new locations to skate and familiarizing him different areas and their architecture. Because he is also a Skateboard Instructor, Obi has a strong suit with dealing with kids and parents, taking into consideration their wants while helping them with their needs. Priding himself with being able to assist people with learn something unfamiliar on a step by step basis with ease. Now Obi progressively follows his path towards being Architect. His ultimate goal is to design lovely homes that would sell themselves. While giving people the chance to enjoy living in his creations.
