Bookkeeper/Office Manager for Real Estate Operating Company
Part-Time- 2 Days a week
Process Payroll
-Make journal entries
-Maintain accurate books on accounts Payable and receivable, payroll and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
Produce monthly reports such as:
-Income Statement
-Balance Sheet
-Statement of Cash Flows
-Trial Balance
-Income and Expense Forecasting
Requirements:
-Prior bookkeeping experience( preferably real estate related)
-Proficiency with Quickbooks and Appfolio
-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
-High attention to detail

Pay: $15,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
