Leather District

Boston

About

As the name implies, this area was the location of Boston’s leather industry in the 1800s. Today, however, its industrial styled buildings house traditional offices, as well as upscale apartments. The neighborhood features a laid back atmosphere through its diners, coffee shops, and bars. The Leather District is also notably marked in the National Register of Historic Places.
