Z was born and raised in Beijing, China and moved to the United States at the age of 15. There, he studied jazz performance and music production in Southern California and Boston, where he discovered his passion in real estate and specialized in luxury apartment leasing. After graduating with a degree in Electronic Production and Design from Berklee College of Music, he moved to Brooklyn and quickly fell in love with the city. Z is passionate about helping others find spaces to fit their needs, especially those new to the culture or language of the United States. Outside of real estate, Z plays piano in his band MOMOMO, runs a music production studio, and is a car enthusiast.
